Needed a vehicle last minute for a special family event. Went to see Sean and Kevin at Hertz Riverside on Indiana. Ran into an issue on my end but they were extremely patient and helped me get the vehicle I needed. Again shout out to those gentlemen. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to family and friends.

This Hertz local Newark NJ neighborhood location is run great the store manager Ms George is outstanding delightful pleasant professional, very smart. She helps you get the car you desire when it's available and they're not too busy, plus she knows the ins and outs of the company to give you personable, swift service with the smile. And I never really write reviews That's how much I enjoy using this location, Plus you save a lot to contrast with the airport Hertz location 3 mi away!!

I've decided to use Hertz more in the future. Other companies start with a low fee but offer a poor rental experience, e.g., a hard sell at the counter for more services and hidden fees.

I was in the process of renting a car at the Hertz counter at Dallas Love Field Airport when I encountered a problem. When I entered my Chase credit card for payment, the transaction was denied and I was routed to the fraud department. After answering numerous questions to prove my identity and long periods of waiting on the phone, the transaction continued to be declined. The Chase representative suggested the problem was with the credit card machine at the Hertz counter - a ridiculous suggestion since numerous people had come and gone and the machine worked fine. However, we moved to another register and made another attempt(where I left my driver's license). Eldon remained calm(me-not so much) and we went back to the first register where Eldon made a call on my behalf. The transaction was finally processed(no thanks to the Chase fraud department). Eldon walked me out to the lot and helped me select a safe, clean, practically new vehicle for my drive from Dallas to Harrisburg. A few days after my return to Pennsylvania, I received my driver's license in the mail. Eldon, I can't thank you enough! Management - take note - this man deserves a raise!
